The Oven Method
This is an easy and foolproof way to melt chocolate in any weather!Turn on your oven to warm or 200 degrees. When preheated turn off oven and place your chocolate in an oven-safe bowl. Place in oven and leave for 5-10 minutes. Take out and stir. If its not melted all the way return to oven.
Use paramount crystals a pinch at a time to thin down even more for dipping and drizzling.
